Stephanie Diamond - Project Manager
Stephanie Diamond is a Project Manager and Research Assistant at the John Jay Corrections Lab. She supports research initiatives that examine key topics in the criminal justice system, with a focus on facilitating the operational and analytical needs of the team. Prior to joining the Corrections Lab, Stephanie worked as a Research Manager at REFORM Alliance, where she contributed to projects aimed at informing advocacy efforts and policy recommendations for probation and parole reform. She has also held roles at Sharecare and Johnson & Wales University, where she collaborated on quantitative research projects spanning public health and education. Stephanie is currently pursuing her MS in Quantitative Methods in the Social Sciences at the CUNY Graduate Center. Her research interests include spatial analysis, urban sociology, and the intersection of data and policy to advance social justice.
