Samuel Obeng, Research Assistant
Samuel Appiah Obeng is a Ph.D. student at John Jay College of Criminal Justice. A correctional officer from Ghana with over 13 years of experience, Samuel is dedicated to enhancing correctional systems globally, particularly Ghana and other African countries. His research focuses on correctional issues, particularly correctional rehabilitation. He received bachelor's and master's degrees in Education and Public Administration, respectively, from the University of Cape Coast (UCC) and Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) in Ghana.
