Rachelle Wetsman, Research Assistant
Rachelle Wetsman is a doctoral student in the John Jay College of Criminal Justice/CUNY Graduate Center Criminal Justice program. She holds a B.A. in Psychology, with a minor in Forensic Behavioral Health, from the University of South Florida. Her research interests include mental health and substance use, criminal justice policy, and alternatives to incarceration.
